Yoga - All Levels
Mondays starting December 4th - 5:30-6:30pm
An all-levels class with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Class is taught using Anusara's focus on alignment, held poses, intelligent breath- based flow and inspired heart based themes to warm up and enliven the body as we work to move through space with power and intention. This class is one hour in length and will include a full spectrum yoga class and Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels and is the perfect way to wind down your day and invigorate and inspire you for your evening ahead.
